The original job for a bathroom renovation turned into a much bigger job. Raphael and his team ended up helping design and renovate the bathroom, bedroom, living room and hallway. The team helped us source all the materials including underfloor heating and an incredibly intricate mosaic tiled floor in the hallway. They provided practical advise about what was best for the space, what would work within our budget and what would be easy to live with. For example, the team installed underfloor heating in the living room using wood effect herringbone ceramic tiles which would help get the maximum efficiency out of the underfloor heating whilst giving us the wooden flooring look we desired. Raphael and the team were excellent throughout delivering high quality work and we were more than happy with the final results. I would highly recommend Raph and his team.

I have refurbished the bathroom first which Livio team undertook all of the works including electricity; plumbing, tiling and general make good. When works were finished in the bathroom I also asked them to do some works in my loft room. All the works were caried out to a very high standard. I am very pleased with the outcome and I shall call for their services for other works around the house in the near future .i would highly recommend them.

Dear my builders , i have a lot of works put in my builders and most of them are good , but except the BMR building london have caused us very nightmare , any time we have problem to talk then he said he will charge ... the quotation is £ 6000 and we have paid full fee. after month renovation the tap water in cold side come warm and cold , i reported to Sam builder , i said may be no insulated pipe can cause the problems, he said may be faulty of tap , i phoned B&Q for this , they will exchange or refund , i asked sam to come back to change the tap but he said is not his problem , he will charge us , this property still in guarantee time . he doesn't know tap faulty me neither . then i dont accept to pay extra to him , then he black mail me . i would like my builder help me to sort this out . i have all documents that proof this .thanks
