Hars was very professional throughout and responded in a timely manner whenever I had any queries. He provided good background information to my requirements and was extremely through and knowledgeable but was not pushy in any way when visiting my house to survey the property. Unfortunately Mr Wilson did not send me all the plans paid for, planning noticed the missing one and he then refused to send it unless I left feedback. I think this was planned to get the feedback and he wants me to lie so he can dupe other people. So I am £700 down and having to find another architect as he also hasn’t provided the builders plans paid for. He was very blatant in his emails, he knows he owes me the plans but is stating he refuses to discuss until I have left the feedback. I don’t think this is his real job/company as there is no trace of this on the internet. My builder also not overly interested as were meant to call today but haven’t.
