Absolutely amazing! From the beginning and all throughout, both Wes and his team of 5-6, have been legends From consultation Wes himself was very understanding of our family situation and needs. Our property is modest and the aim was function, but with a consideration for form and flow. Wes built an extension, annexe and kitchen build. We were signposted very well through stages of the build. What we loved best as well as the lovely spaces we have, was the consistency of attendance from Wes’s team. Really got to know them well and they were very respectful and friendly, without being unnecessarily intrusive. The attention to detail and hard work from every single member of the team was astounding. Very thoughtful, considerate, clean and tidy. They answered our many questions and carefully considered our neighbours wishes aswell. Would definitely recommend the lads. Was a pleasure to have them round and hopefully we’ll cross paths again. Hars was very professional throughout and responded in a timely manner whenever I had any queries. He provided good background information to my requirements and was extremely through and knowledgeable but was not pushy in any way when visiting my house to survey the property. Mizanur most recent job for me was advising, preparing and submission of a rear single storey extension plan to Coventry City a Council for a buy to let property that I purchased in Sept 2015. The planning was submitted around end of November and was approved in 18th Jan 2015. Mizanur also advised, prepared and submitted a double storey side and single storey extension for my residence in 2012 which was also approved by the council. This was a complicated build which was successfully completed in Feb 2015. Mizanur is a true professional, very knowledgeable, quick of the mark, reliable and trustworthy. I would recommend his services to anyone seeking planning permission small , medium or large extension.
