His work has always been thorough and of high quality and was capable of over seeing projects from start to completion maintaining excellent communication throughout. If I had to sum up Carlos in 3 words they would be, professional, creative and knowledgeable. The consultation with Carlos was great as he gave me ideas that I hadn’t of thought off. Numerous proposed plans were delivered on time and the 3D models he provided were excellent for me to envision my property’s potential. After planning was approved Carlos managed the project and liaised with the contractor to ensure it met the standards we had discussed in planning. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of extending their property/renovating.

After deciding we wanted to extend our house to give us more living space our first step was to get some drawings done and put ideas on paper. We had no idea where to start so we jumped on MyBuilder. These guys came up and their work examples and reviews looked fantastic, But that doesnt even scratch the surface. The professionalism and ideas they brought to the table were outstanding and made us see our potential space in a different way. The drawings came back earlier than they stated which was nice and the 3D drawings that come with the plans made us feel like we were buying a new house. Would highly recommend their services and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Umayr and William of Northedge Architecture are very professional. They are easy to deal with, come back to you very quickly and have great ideas. After being left disappointed from another architect, Northedge stepped in at short notice and completed our drawings which were shortly after approved by the local council. My only regret is that we did not know about Northedge Architecture in the first place. I would highly recommend both Umayr and William for your project, you will not be disappointed. Diane

Not Impressed and felt very let down! Everything started ok, with the drawings being submitted and his fee being slightly reduced if I paid cash but once we were informed that the application was going to be recommended for refusal, a few emails were forwarded from David but he became impossible to contact, so after two weeks of trying I was left to deal with the planning officer myself, which did not go well.
