I have been actively employed in Architecture for the last 40 years, with occasional teaching construction time withing further and higher education. The vast majority of that time has been designing residential projects, from small single storey extensions to larger new build properties. I have also designed small housing estates and been on the technical team for larger projects. I am available for your needs within the Kent/East Sussex areas. My skills are both with planning and building control packages. I tend to veer away from the pretty 3d rendered images as they tend to be both expensive and do not tell the complete picture of a design. I am not a structural engineer and I can't give professional advice as such. I think that's a truthful picture of myself.
