Despite some initial positives, the project was ultimately marred by poor communication, unprofessional conduct & serious breaches of trust. We strongly advise against using Bluelime due to the stress, financial impact, & unresolved issues we faced. While kitchen & bathroom installations were OK & progressed quickly, Bluelime deviated from approved plans in a conservation area, causing compliance issues (estimated correction costs of £15–£20k). Heating & insulation were poorly installed, & second opinions confirmed our dissatisfaction. Communication broke down, with responses defensive and intimidating. Costs rose unexpectedly (e.g. door fitting from £1200 to £2640) & inflated quotes in later stages. The property wasn’t ready for move-in multiple times, disrupting our young family. Additional concerns included missing tools, ignored warranties, inconsistent workmanship & misleading claims about affiliations. We urge others to check Bluelime (Alton Campbell) on Companies House.

Nimtim were the architects and project managers that we employed to plan and organise an extensive development of the kitchen, breakfast room and lobby in our detached 1896 house in a Conservation Area in Lewisham. In a proactive and flexible way they translated our ideas for change into practical plans that, used by our builders and kitchen designers, were translated into a suite of adjoining rooms that was beautiful and ergonomically effective. They interacted with great diplomatic skill with structural engineers, builders, Lewisham Council and out kitchen designers. We were always impressed by the professionalism of Nimtim and by their calm and effective way of responding to our inevitable "in course corrections" when we had second thoughts about our initial ideas. In every case they responded with insight to our changes. We would recommend them without any hesitation.

All drawings are completed on Revit (BIM Level 1/2) benefit of this will be an additional sell on fee when selling the property. I provide building measured survey to build up the model. However we do offer a more precise and detailed survey which is beneficial if there are future works or planning or even to calculate energy efficiency. I have worked on new build for garage infills, where clients wants to sell off the plot of land with planning. Interior design with Materiality. Omar designed stage 4 plans for my loft extension. He was very helpful and asked lots of great questions in the briefing stage, and then spent time adjusting the previous plans I had for planning permission to get the maximum ceiling height and light. The ceiling height is not something I had thought of but really makes the space. He was also quick to send references and his previous clients were also very positive about their work with him. Facundo was the person we dealt with at all times, although someone else was assigned to do the job. The quality of the work and finish is extremely good.
