Felipe was shocked that the Hotpoint engineer had left the wiring uncapped and in a potentially dangerous situation (fire hazard). Fillyphe went out and got the parts to fix it. Get in touchInitially I put this ask as a quick diagnostic and repair without knowing the health of the kitchen hood but upon checking it was evident that motor was rusted and not fit for repair and replacement was the only option. Ash had an appointment but considering my situation he choose to complete the full installation which included procuring the new hood, remove the old one, install the new one and recycle the old one as well…I really appreciate the way Ash went above and beyond to help in this case.
