I have worked for various surveying & architectural companies within the residential, commercial, industrial & government sectors. I have more than 20 years experience working in residential projects. I assist my clients with their brief and provide sketch designs. I deal with planning applications and planning conditions. I prepare detailed drawings for building control and construction purposes and I act as the principal designer for CDM and Building Regulations for domestic clients.
