Get in touchCarl was very quick with the calculations I needed to remove a supporting wall. There was then a gap of 4-5 months between my dealings with Carl and the work being done. When my builder came across some problems Carl was on hand to answer his questions. Sorry for the late review, but the building inspector has now passed the work. We had our own ideas about what we wanted but we're not experts and having Lee advise us on what's possible, what's not, the options available, and then to let Lee get on with it was an excellent decision. If I recall, Lee even recommended the builder we ultimately ended up using and he was excellent too. Get in touchHired Will during a house rennovation and bathroom move and kitchen extension. I found him to be very professional who guided me through the process from start to finish in terms of planning requirements, submitting to the local authority and the building regulation drawings. The service from start to finish was made easy from start to finish by Will (thankfully to me as a newbie to rennovation and extension work!!). He met all the agreed deadlines and ultimately whilst I had to put the project on hold for a couple of months to arrange a remortgage for the extension finances he helped out again (with no charge) in arranging for the structural calculations and building inspector work to be done so the extension works could move forward once I had the finances in place. Get in touchLuke was very swift to respond and visited the property promptly at my request, even though not very local to me. He has been producing detailed plans to submit to building control and has kindly recommended other professionals to ensure things progress smoothly. As a novice myself, his help and support has been invaluable. Luke always responds promptly to my emails (quite rare in the industry I have found unfortunately) and tries to explain things in layman's terms! Whilst my project and my dealings with Luke are not 100% complete yet, I would feel confident in recommending him for similar projects.
