I been working in the field of engineering design, across a variety of industries and sectors, for more than 30 years. Degree-qualified in aeronautical engineering, I use my experience to bring a consultancy-style engineering perspective to a wide range of CAD services. As part of our business we now offer access to ACCURATE 3D CAD model visuals and general drawing services to the general consumer. We offer a 1 to 1 consultation to understand your exact requirements. We will work together with your chosen carpenter, joiner, kitchen and bathroom designer/fitter. There are many free CAD packages out there, but most of them provide an out of scale image which is hard to use as it is inaccurate. The software we use will provide accurate drawings, with as much information / detail required to accurately show any craftsperson. The accurate 3D visual will allow you to review you dream and the chance for you to modify it, as required, before you commit to any works. There are many small businesses with very skilled craftspeople out there, but sometimes they need a drawing to understand the bespoke project detail. Many large companies providing bespoke joinery services will include a survey and drawing but they are often very expensive. By using our services with your chosen craftsperson, you can get the results you want at much less cost.

Get in touchKevin was more than happy to answer all our questions and guide us through as he created the building control drawings for our self build house. We are building using ICF which is a more modern method of construction and Kevin researched everything, liaising with suppliers. He is a really nice guy and done a fantastic job, we would definitely recommend.Latest review:Architecture- - Get in touchGo InterstellarArchitectural Designer in Exeter

I graduated in Bristol with a degree in Architecture and planning in 2017 and I've been working in practice ever since. I worked for Stags for many years as a Design and planning assistant where I'd take on whole projects from concept to planning approval. Doing the survey, design proposal, drawings, realistic imagery and videos and planning documents/applications. The projects ranged from new builds to barn conversions to extensions to lodges. I'm an experienced designer and have taken the leap the work freelance, having more control over the projects I want to take on and managing my own time.

Get in touchSimon was excellent in understanding my needs and requirements to gain access to my garden via a decking solution as a full time wheel chair user. Allowing me my own input as a Disability Consultant with my own knowledge of specifications and recommendations regarding Part M building regulations and BS8300. This meant we worked as a team and I felt that definitely helped to strengthen our case However it took 3 attempts and changes of plans and layout to get a positive outcome and full planning permission from our local planners. Simon was diligent and determined we would win through and his concise drawings and conscientious approach in assigning time both at home and on site to discuss and support my case and application meant all went well eventually. He is very knowledgeable regarding local and national planning anomalies and I would both use him again personally and recommend him to others.Latest review:Architecture-
