I offer architectural design services to suit various requirements within the design and construction industry. I have a Bachelors (BArch) and a Masters (MArch) in Architecture. I now have 8 years of experience working self employed on architectural design projects in the domestic sector, working with private clients or directly for contractors. I have over 15 years of hands-on construction experience, building my first home and renovation many more since, from new builds to rear, side and loft extensions. I’ve maintained my primary profession working on large scale projects ranging from £50-400m for the last 10 years, spending the last 4/5 years managing project consultant teams of up to 100 across multiple disciplines such as; structural engineers, mechanical, electrical & public health (MEP) engineers, cladding engineers, lighting designers, landscape designers, planners. I am an Architect with 7 years of Architectural experience and 3 Years post qualification experience. I have done internal layout modifications with a Structural Engineer on hand. All drawings are completed on Revit (BIM Level 1/2) benefit of this will be an additional sell on fee when selling the property. I provide building measured survey to build up the model.
