She listened to what I wanted, gave great advice, did everything she said she would, handled the local council in a friendly and efficient way and came up with some great plans and alternatives for my limited space. The service received from Sundeep and DCE global was above what I had expected. Sundeep attended my property late on a Sunday evening at short notice on bank holiday weekend to complete structural survey. A fast turnaround also for receiving the report via e-mail. To note- payment was expected up front- a point I was cautious about with no jobs completed- however I have received the service I had expected along with a basic report on the suitability of structural change I had planned- perhaps this could have been a bit better by being sent as a PDF on headed paper, however it should suffice for the purpose I required it for- along with the fact I have never had this type of work done- so this may be standard practice.
