Tommie was very reactive and professional at first to repair our window frame. However, the sealant job didn't fix this complex problem but then it became impossible to contact him again despite multiple calls, text messages and emails. I would expect at least an answer, even for a negative outcome, so that I don't need to indefinitely wait until seeking another contractor.

We were happy before it rained and we thoroughly checked their work. They left mess, razor sharp edges on the glass, and glass overhanging neighbours land a little bit. We asked them to return to remedy this which they said they would do this coming Tuesday. Since then we have also noticed that they have cut our glass too short, cut the new hardwood at too steep an angle which was bodged in with wood filler, and now it's rained this new roof has massively leaked. In places where the glass is cut too short and even along the length of one of the new wooden beams; must be missing a bit of silicone. It is now Saturday and we have called them 2 days ago on Thursday, yesterday Friday we called and texted, and today again we both texted and one of us called them, to check if they are still coming on Tuesday or not. 3 days is not unreasonable to return a call or text just to confirm either way. More rain is due between now and then, concerned about lack of communication and quality of work.
