Sarah was incredible. If we could rate her more than 5 stars we would! Our hallway looks so smart and refreshed. There was so much sanding as the people who painted before did not sand the banister down. Sarah managed a lovely smooth finish. Very neat and tidy while working. Couldn’t fault her in any way. Would highly recommend to everyone and will definitely be using her again!

Darren provided an excellent service from start to finish. He carried out several visits beforehand to fully understand our requirements and carefully confirmed all details before placing any orders. As we were due to be away on holiday while the work was being carried out, he ensured everything was organised and agreed in advance. The finished bathroom was exactly as I had envisioned, and I am absolutely delighted with the result. The workmanship was of the highest standard, and the project was completed and left spotless in time for our return. During our holiday, Darren only contacted us when it was truly necessary, which gave us complete peace of mind. Returning home to a beautifully finished bathroom was a real pleasure. I would highly recommend Darren for his professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work.

Steven gave a really good price for decorating a bedroom and was able to start really quickly. He was always friendly and communicated clearly regarding daily start times and material requirements. Jamie arrived promptly and carried out the work to a very high standard and at a more reasonable cost than most others. I had a nursery room painted (ceiling, walls, skirting, door and ledge). Very professional, friendly and polite - would highly recommend if you require a high quality finish to your painting and decorating. I wanted my garden totally landscaped as it was all over grown and I could not manage the garden. I asked for artificial grass and a round trampoline to be placed level with the grassed area, therefore the ground had to be dug out to have this done. I also asked for sleeper beds and boundaries and a paving slab area. Once completed, it is such a transformation! I am thrilled with my garden, it is a pleasure for me and my children to be able to have such a beautiful garden and low maintenance too, which was important to me. Contracting Mr Crossland for this work was like a breath of fresh air. I felt he listened to me and my requirements, and he gave great suggestions on the design. Mr Crossland and his team were extremely professional, reliable, clean and tidy and completed the work on time. I would certainly recommend him.

We had Tibi complete a downstairs shower room and garage roof. The team were reliable, friendly, and the tiling is good quality. The garage roof is solid but has some minor pooling. Tibi also improved an adjacent area that was damaged during works, which was appreciated. However, there were issues: the room wasn’t fully paint-ready, a leak caused plaster damage, and the radiator was installed in the wrong place (signed off to avoid delays). It also doesn’t heat properly despite being told it was a balancing issue. We’re now facing extra costs to resolve these.

Very professional and responsive gentleman. He was very accommodating and not fazed by the fact that the job was in a home with vulnerable people. He made adaptations to the appointment time to suit the people living in the home. Reasonable priced considering he had travel from outside of Swindon to the job. I have even recommended him to my director for any handy jobs in our other supporting living services within Swindon. Will definitely save his contact for future.
