Mike visited this morning to repair my window, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the whole experience. We confirmed all arrangements and timings clearly in advance, and he even gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before he arrived. He quickly identified exactly what the problem was and fixed the window perfectly, working with total professionalism and skill. When he finished, he cleaned up every trace of his work, leaving the area just as neat and tidy as he found it. Thank you so much Mike for such an excellent job – I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I cannot recommend Liiam highly enough. Before I had even hired him, he went out of his way to sketch up two different design options so I could visualise the finished result. I purchased the balustrade kit through a third-party supplier, and Liiam even took the time to recover my basket and help ensure I had everything needed. He arrived exactly when he said he would, worked incredibly tidily throughout, and his attention to detail was outstanding. Most importantly, the finished balustrade looks absolutely fantastic and has transformed the space. Liiam clearly takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of the finished job. Professional, reliable, meticulous, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy installer.

AVIOD AT ALL COST!! SCAMMER! Hired to change my gasket and frames for my window. He said it was heavy due to being aluminium frame but really should have taken the glass out. Tried to put window back by creating new holes to drill. He left and said he will come back with help. He didn't;t answer by calls and sent a text message saying he can't return as he had no one to help him. Came with his son and no ladder. Damaged my paintwork on my window sill, paint work on walls, desk and mess on carpet. A scammer! Do not hire him. Used a fake name. His reply to my review was we were based in a road and that he advised to use scaffolding but this false.

Arron came and found it was the decorative element around the window frame that required repair. he gave me a new quote on the spot and did an excellent job on the repair. He also advise that the same decorative elements on the window need a new lick of paint as its been weathered heavily.

I also went off on my own after the hotel for a further 20 years and built wardrobes cupboards cabinets I’ve hung over a thousand doors fire doors fitted a lot of kitchens to.
