Hm building &Maintenance save the day.so i had a company pay all my invoice for job to be completed week last was let down they rebook for Monday no one turn up so I cancel the job ask for a refund.procheck stay away from them there in Ilford. I post my job here hm contacted lovely man Melvin came around look the job ,he knew exactly what I wanted hmo licensing compliance job done.he said I would get a quote later same day.i received one next day ,I when ahead with the job he contacted me ask if u wanted it done yesterday i said yes.he when to my property and got the job done send photos. I when few hours check the job.im so happy with the job and he clean up after.i will definitely use him again.thank you again Melvin.

Jay responded promptly to our initial posted request, which was to investigate an area of our lawn, which had suddenly become 'waterlogged'. Jay and Phil arrived on the day agreed, and after a short time, they successfully discovered that the source of the problem, was a buried manhole, with a stopcock inside. It appears it was a former water supply to our house, that had been filled with mud and turfed over years ago. Subsequently, all of these years later, the pipe inside the manhole burst. Both Jay and Phil, were helpful in resolving this problem for us. We have since arranged further work with Jay and his friend Phil, as we find them obliging and easy to work with.
