Update 17 jan 25 Once again let down. Meant to be today to fix leak and deliver guarantee. No answer on phone or text. again left sorely disappointed Don’t do it. Never call back. Don’t do that promised. Rip your existing roof protection off in pouring rain then tell you it will cost 500% more than original quote. No receipt. No guarantee and no damn manners. Stay well clear. Horribly disappointed and have given them weeks now before leaving bad feedback as a courtesy to them not reciprocated. Can’t explain how awful and stressful this is. In their favour they are great are chasing for payment even when they have literally just started job and want full payment with no complete job.
