Alan did an extremely professional job installing a laminate floor to a bedroom and cutting and fitting a dado rail in our hallway, landing and stairs. He is an excellent builder/carpenter and his attention to detail has resulted in a fantastic finish ... our house has been transformed! He is also obliging and trustworthy, quick at the job and a fab person to have around the house. Highly recommended!

Ryan’s a great chap. He’s excellent at communicating and providing updates on the job. He’s punctual, polite and was very considerate of our requirements. He puts in a full days work - excavating a hole that had appeared in our drive-way which turned out to be a disused man-hole, he hand dug several feet until he hit firm ground, before back-filling with concrete. He could have probably got away with digging a few feet but was determined to find the base. We’ve arranged for him to do further work for us and look forward to seeing him as he’s so nice to have around. Thank you Ryan.

I would like to say that Andy Daniels building services is quite simply, fantastic. His attention to detail is to be beheld. Right from the off, he was on the case. He is the one-stop shop for any building needs required. His original quote was highly professional and offered many sensible suggestions which we had not thought of. We took his advice on board and as a result have a far better outcome. He has suggested things we just would have never even thought of. The quality of his workmanship is highly impressive and he leave no stone unturned. I cannot rate this builder high enough. we changed and amended a number of things throughout the upgrade and Andy took this in his stride. I only wish I organised for Andy to do the whole project, unfortunately I originally booked a few tradesmen individually....big mistake as Andy can and will do the lot. It would have made life so much easier and I it's clear the finish would have been spot on. In summary, cracking builder who can organise everyone and quality is second to none. You have transformed our house and we all thank you!!!! Ray, Sarah, Callum and max kirby 120m2 wooden flooring, removal of internal wall, 13 doors fitted, kitchen, 2 bathrooms ....and all my other extra's!

Ryan and Connor take great pride in achieving a high stand of finish to each of their different roles. Individually Connor fitted our windows and doors and Ryan worked on our dry walling. However they worked as a team as necessary to support each other ensuring that all work was given the care and detailed attention it needed. Very efficient and impressive! They came fully prepared for work on a new studio construction. We had expected the work to take approx two days, but they fully expected to complete in a day and only had to return to fit the french doors which were delivered late. They took all rubbish away and left the studio very tidy when work was completed. Connor and Ryan are a fantastic team and a pleasure to meet. They communicate well and keep you in the loop at all times. It was a great to have them working on our property and we have invited them back to see the finished article. Our plasterer was impressed with the work completed, finding it extremely neat and well done. Good to hear and completely backed up our findings. Well done Connor and Ryan. We recommend you without limitation!

These project would require me to lease with tenants and property managers and other trades men. And resolve there issues in a prompt and timely manner to a satisfactory standard. Completing risk assessment and planning a maintenance schedule for ongoing issues and preventative measures. To date I have completed well over 300 small works projects and a number of large project with the housing associations.

I would highly recommend Karl - he was punctual, reliable and a really genuine and friendly guy. We have often been let down by tradesman but Karl was the opposite. He turned up on time, kept us informed and even managed to fit our door a few days before he was booked in to do it and even stayed late to finish it. He has done a fantastic job, no complaints whatsoever. Karls workmanship is second to none, he just got on with it and also cleaned up afterwards. Our door looks lovely and we are very pleased with it! Thanks Karl!
