Sadly, very very disappointed! After what seemed a promising instruction ('we can do whatever you want') he only half completed the media wall (begrudgingly), from using poor and sub standard wood and products, to very unprofessional behaviour and poor communication (failing to turn up when expected). In good faith I paid for the job before it was finished, and it remained unfinished. Have a quote to replace badly built and measured doors, at £1200, and had to get someone else in to finish the job! Wouldn't recommend at all.

If I was asked to write an advert for this company I would say, "No window is too small or awkward for us to deal with". My window is in an old building with a frame that was out of true. Not a problem. They measured up, produced a window to an agreed spec. They carefully planed the window to fit. Kept to an agreed timescale and price. I would thoroughly recommend this company for any window job.

Unfortunately, what I assumed would be "summer pruning" to keep the shape of shrubs during the winter -became "autumn pruning" - which encourages new growth!! It was not completed either! The 2 little patios were pressure washed, after all the leaves were cleared & patio cleaner applied, but did not get a patio seal!! The windows & gables never got touched!! I paid £150 for 2 persons working for about 8 hours! (as everyone is short of money these days) Unfortunately, they never came back to finish the jobs on another day!!

We’re so glad Pete replied to our job posting. He is very professional, efficient and friendly. We hired him to fix our toilet but he was so good we asked him sort out the waste pipe on our kitchen sink and our downstairs toilet.
