Geof is very efficient and quick. His quote came through the same day, he communicates very well, responding to any questions I had. He installed our wood burner cleanly and quickly and advised us on everything we needed to know. I would definitely recommend him.

We undertake most aspects of building from new builds to extensions and conversions right down to fencing and patios. We have over 30 years experience in the building industry and all our work is carried out by fully qualified tradesmen.
Paul and his team started a little late because of another job. However he kept me informed regularly. When quoting for the job he gave a choice of fixed price or labour and materials, As there were a number of unknowns that we agreed a materials and labour approach. The work commence (phase 1) at the beginning of October and completed 6 weeks later. During the six weeks the weather was awful the actual work took approx 15 days. The team were efficient, courteous and helpful, Along the way some aspects of the work were changed at my request and some good ideas came from the team making the finished phase 1 of the job. I have already hired the team for phase 2 which willstart in the Spring date to be agreed between us. I have a strong work ethic and will complete work quickly while still respecting the premises as your house and not just a building site. I am hard working and will not be off taking breaks every 10 minutes.
Overall experience using Mybuilder was Fantastic and easy to use. Kenny was on point was professional and works carried out to an exceptionally high level of standard and the price was very good.
