I had a disappointing experience with this company. A technician named Crish came to assess the window for repairs. He didn't seem confident in his abilities. Instead of fixing it, he created additional holes, which worsened the window's mechanism. I would not hire him again, and I recommend that others exercise caution when considering his services.
