I would like to say a big thank you to Jake who provided a 100% professional service to fix my floor board issues. He examined the floorboards and found a cheaper solution to my problem. He established that the nails were nailed in my floorboards that were causing the problem and replaced them with screws. The horrible noise has now completely gone. I will be calling Jake back for other jobs as i trust his judgement and he is polite and well mannered. i found Jake to be reliable and competent. I would highly recommend to others because he has done a high quality job. Thanks again.

very poor , did not complete the pointing to high standard whatsover missed a few rows of bricks and when i told him on several occassions he refused to do it. he is extremley messy and does not clean up after himself whatsover. He also did some flagging for us around the same time as the pointing the flags he laid are not level at all and very hollow it has caused to trip up several times He also walked all over my plants and killed them . He also put cement down the drains and blocked them up. He also put waste in my plant pots. He has no repect for people's properties. When i asked him politely if he would put the job right he refused. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE MARK COMLEY HE WILL MAKE A MESS OF YOUR'E HOUSE LIKE HE HAS MINE.
