I hold a SVQ in Construction Operations along with CITB H&S, First Aid, Manual Handling and Risk Assessment. I also worked with Manor Kingdom a prestigious house builder. Responsible for fitting top-class kitchens, laying oak floors, hanging doors and erecting timber kits.
I am very very happy with Stuart Vallenynes excellent work. He was also very friendly and accommodating and built a wooden path gate which I love and also replaced and concreted in two new posts. Originally it was just for one but I asked if he could replace both. As he only had one as I requested, he kindly went into town to acquire another one. I am also very happy with Stuarts pricing. The one or two minor issues which arose as the work progressed (rainwater channel, outside light) were quickly rectified. We are delighted with the quality of the fittings and the overall finish of the project. The payment structure I think is fair to both Brian and the customer and certainly much fairer to the customer than others I have heard of.
