Tommy and his team completed a fairly complex loft conversion involving quite a lot of steel, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, Tommy proved to be incredibly reliable, which is important with a project of this scale. Some standout aspects was how well-organized he was. At the very beginning, he provided a week-by-week schedule, giving me full confidence in the process. The project was completed on time, as promised. Tommy and his team were also a pleasure to work with. They listened to our requests and delivered, demonstrating a high level of professionalism throughout. When an error by my architect came to light, Tommy and team even came up with a solution that not only fixed the issue but improved the overall outcome. I highly recommend Tommy and his team for any building work. Their reliability, expertise and cooperability made what could have been a stressful project far more straightforward.

Mariusz is very punctual and reliable, and answers texts, emails and phone calls quickly. The work was carried out in the time scale worked out at the beginning of the job. The work was carried out as planned and to a high standard. The finishing is outstanding. He is also able to solve problems, offer advice and source materials. The work was carried out paying attention to the rest of the house, tidying up at the end of the end of the day and taking care of carpets and walls. I found mariusz to be trustworthy, so much so, that he had a set of keys for the house. In conclusion, I have no hesitation in writing a good reference for Mariusz. He converted a garage, and installed two bathrooms. He also built an outside shed and did numerous other joinery tasks around the house. I will break down my feedback into a few sections: My personal decision making process: i hesitated whether i need a loft boarded and also whether i should do it myself. In hindsight, i can confidently say the answers are 'definitely yes' and 'definitely no'. Visit: i was really pleased with the consultation as i've had a quote from another company who had a well marketed product, a nice website and an online consulation. What the other company did not clarify is that the bottleneck of the weight you can store is not the system you use, but the joists in the newbuilds. Apparently the joists won't hold more than 25kg/sq.metre, in which case there is no need to overpay for a more expensive system. Mariusz has clarified it very professionally. On the day: i was lucky, because we had three men on the job. They clearly knew what they're doing and managed to complete the job in ~4hrs (estimate time was 6hrs). Having a newborn at home i really appreciated the faster turnaround. One of the guys (Jesus) even gave me some really valuable advises on building my shed in the back garden, which was a great bonus. Folks were friendly with the kids which is very important to me. Quality: I am very happy with the build. It has everything you need - it's sturdy and is creating a much needed space. The additional shelf was very valuable as well as some items can be stored above the ground. Ryan and his team were all very professional. They were all very polite and cleaned up after themselves. They did a very good job of replacing my glass conservatory roof with a proper insulated one. They Even found some issues that we were not aware off and effected a repair whilst they were on site. On the initial visit Ryan suggested other options that we could consider which we hadn’t even thought off. Giving us a choice of finishes. I would not hesitate to use Ryan and his team again. BRILLIANT !, Robbie and Andy done a first class job of flooring my attic, fitting new insulation and a new loft ladder. These guys are quite obviously very knowledgeable and highly experienced joiners. They turned up on time as arranged with all the right tools. The job was done to the highest of standards with good attention to detail and no mess whatsoever, my house was left hoovered and spotless each day they were here. I'm absolutely delighted with the work they done for me.
