Good job although quite a few errors along the way that did eventually get rectified. Attempted to install the new window and on inspection from the loft area above, discovered a piece of wood where a steel or concrete lintel should have been. Granted this did get rectified but shouldn’t expect that from a trade with amount of experience on their profile. Internal leaf left as shown in pictures to which occasionally can hear debris falling down the cavity. Excellent at getting support from ADS who supplied the window and door to replace the glazing (incorrect patterns delivered). No FENSA certificate issued after settling the invoice despite trying to contact the company by email/voicemails but no reply. Would appreciate you honoring the remit of the quote and sending the FENSA certificate as you promised would happen after the invoice was settled. Also wanted to be issued with the guarantee documents for the door but did not receive this.

Aleks has done several jobs for me now, all of them done to an excellent standard. He has a wide range of skills and is always helpful, friendly and very polite. He always keeps me informed about each job and is very punctual ,he confirms every job a day or so before it starts. I have already hired him for other jobs in my house. He is very hardworking, barely stops working and really cares that the job is done properly and to my satisfaction. I'm so glad I found him as I could not hope to find anyone better. I intend to get him in every time I need some work done. I cannot recommend him enough, and if there is anything that he can't do or needs help with his Dad comes in too and they make a great team. What a find !!

George (GJERGJ Caka) is an excellent person who is well skilled in installing bathrooms though he has many other skills too. He has good work ethics, starts around 08:00 and finishes after 17:00. He works hard and keeps you well informed. He can suggest alternatives if there is a need. I had an upstairs bathroom to renovate and he did an excellent job. He is jovial and respectful. I will wholeheartedly recommend him for new bathroom projects. In fact, I intend to hire him to renovate my other bathroom when that comes up for renewal. Thanks and well done George.
