Dervy was very professional and punctual, arriving right on time. The job took a little longer than expected due to it being a solid fire door, but he was patient, proactive and made sure everything was done properly without a fuss. He completed the work to a high standard with no complaints and did a great job fitting the new door handle and lock. Very happy with the result and would definitely recommend him. The only thing left to do is to touch up with gloss which is not included on the price or service.
