He responded to my request very quickly and despite me being in South England and the flat being in Newquay Andy was more than happy to gain access from the property manager in Newquay. He assessed the job and sorted two problems out within a day. He sent me photos of the work and kept me updated throughout. He was very professional and I would definitely use Andy again. Thank you.
