All went well with kitchen fitter and supplier working together for ordering and delivery which was important as I live abroad. However, the wrong corner sections were ordered and fitted leaving exposed mdf which the fitter suggested I coat with sealant to stop water ingress. I eventually got them changed to the correct ones but it took over 5 months! I was not impressed with attitude and approach to rectifying a problem created by the fitter.

I had the pleasure of having my kitchen fitted by Frankie in September, and from the first minute I knew I'd made the best choice. His attention to detail and calm approach to any problems left me feeling at ease at all times. Being quite particular myself, Frankie always accomodated any ideas I had really allowing the kitchen to become bespoke. Despite the supplier of the kitchen making glaring errors, Frankie was professional and able to navigate solutions with precision and really showed his 15 years experience in the job. This was a large conversion project for us which took 9 weeks to complete and Alan and his team completed it earlier than expected to a good standard. The workmen especially Toby & Andy were a pleasure to have around the place. It was difficult at times as they were working in my home and there was a great deal of disruption, as you would expect, but they all tried their best to keep the disturbance to a minimum and especially made an effort to work around our cats and dogs. The electricians were wonderful lads and we are very happy with the end result. Thank you to Alan and his extensive team.
