All was going well until they forgot one of the windows on the plans then charged me 1000 more with no discount for their mistake. Then I had to wait over 10 months for them to actually fit the doors and windows. After months of battles with them because they kept getting the plans wrong they agreed a discounted price which they then went back on and over priced me. Once these were fitted some of them were the wrong way round and when confronted with this they said I would have to pay extra to fix it. I have been through lots of resolution companies to try any solve this but because they are not part of the companies involved they couldn't work with them. Please save your money and don't use this company they are absolute money grabbers and do not care about customers at all. Couldn’t fault anything and we would definitely use him again in the future. The photos show the electrical sockets not fixed back. We asked David to leave them like that as we are replacing them.

Get in touchJason was brilliant. He arrived when he said he would and always phoned or texted the night before to confirm times. The job was done to a really high standard and was so tidy. Jason also told us what was happening every step of the way and was great when we wanted a couple of additions done. Dyfrig worked with us to design what we wanted, and also suggested better options to give us more space in the wardrobes. Dyfrig began work as discussed in a timely manner, and completed everything to a high standard. Dyfrig was extremely professional and courteous, even though he was very busy with other work commitments at the same time. His joinery has been excellent but he has also tiled and fitted our bathroom suite which we are really pleased with. He works hard and clears up well at the end of a job.
