After having had an initial chat with Karan i had imediate trust with him and agreed to provided me with a quote was to supply and install 3x windows of Rehau (German) high quality make. After the discussion Karan came to measure windows and after a couple of weeks Karan and his team came to do install on a Saturday. Guys were very polite, professional and worked through without any brakes. The whole install took estimated 4 hours with attention to all the details such as sealing all air gaps around the frame with a sealant and moulding to stop any possible draft (see the attached images). I highly recommend Karan and his team to do your windows too.

Day & time arrived, but Bradley didn’t. No contact at all. Contacted them next day to find out why, no response, no apology. I leave you to draw your own conclusions.

Turned up on time and completed the job well. Gave good advice to me on protection of the wood with a suitable oil/stain finish. I'd recommend and use him again.
