John was the only person looking at the job who bothered to find out what the underlying problem was after doing a thorough assessment. Wall was not only repaired but he sorted out numerous other issues, re-boarded an old ceiling, took out a wall and worked like a trojan. Thoroughly likeable guy who is hard working, reliable, honest and very good at what he does. Have asked him to quote for two more jobs.
