Very pleased with the kitchen/diner extension John and Shaun built for us. The work was completed to a very high standard, they ensured everything ran smoothly and we finished on schedule. Their many years of experience in the trade was really apparent from the off and this knowledge continued throughout the whole project. They were always friendly and approachable with us and our neighbours, and considerate with our home. We will happily use them again and have recommended them to family and friends. Everyone who has visited so far has been impressed with the build and the finish.

Luke and the team were polite and helpful but unfortunately not qualified to undertake laying the drainage pipe, they required extensive supervision to ensure the work was undertaken correctly. The quality of workmanship appeared good at first but within days the slabs were rocking and it was clear that insufficient stone, compaction and concrete under the slabs was the problem. Luke communicated stating that the problems would be resolved but the issues still remain an issue over 12 months later with many promised visit but with no attendance.
