Came to sort window not closing, replaced the brackets both sides. It closes better but not perfect. Did have a slight issue after they left, called the office and they rectified with another visit. The guys did inform me that the window isn’t in straight and is at an angle which is the most likely cause of the window being faulty. Thank you

Toby is an exceptionally honest and reliable carpenter. He installed four fire doors and frames for us, complete with intumescent seals and door closers, and carried out the work to a very high standard. Throughout the project, he kept us fully informed, providing updates and photos at each stage to ensure we were happy with the progress. He also painted the doors and left the entire area clean and tidy once the job was completed.
