Stephen responded very promptly to our message and was able to meet with us to discuss the job within a couple of days. The quote was provided shortly after our meeting and work started a couple of weeks later. The job, rotten bay window sill replacement, was of a very high standard. Stephen and his colleague were punctual, communicated throughout the process and very professional. I would recommend highly. We specialise in the full restoration of listed oak timber frame buildings, from small repairs to the complete restoration/rebuilding. This can also include the full interior design by our in house designer.
Our job evolved from tidying up a utility area into also fitting a new kitchen as well as removing an upstairs wall and replacing this with an oak handrail across the landing and down the stairs. Stuart was helpful, tidy and professional throughout and managed the other trades involved brilliantly. Gethin did a great job for us. Took out and replaced a broken duplex glass unit from a hardwood door. He understood the urgency and worked quickly to source the new glass unit. He carried out the fitting expertly, working carefully to ensure that the existing beading was undamaged. The result is perfect.
