Very happy with the build. Everything went smoothly, Shaun came to our house to discuss the initial quote. What surprised me was Shaun had a full breakdown quote ready the first time we met, by using the online planning with the required work. The final quote had increased but that was due to us wanting extra items such as exterior light and composite doors plus painting. No hidden or extra charges. Everything went as agreed and on time, although the weather did hold the build back on some days. The only trade that was a letdown was the painter, not by the quality of work but reliability, subcontracted and Shaun was quick to sort the issue out right away. Every trade was on time and did the work as agreed to spec. The level of professionalism is what surprised me the most from each trade. From the men doing the ground work and foundations to the electrician. As the customer myself and my parents were spoken to with respect from all the tradesmen and they took their time to explain when we had questions. Huge thank you to Graham the electrician who advised us on the best positions for the exterior spotlights. There was a delay in getting the completion certificate as our build was completed just before lockdown but we have had everything signed and checked by the council. Overall the porch with wc extension looks even better than we could imagine and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get the same type of work. Thank you Shaun and everyone at S.ewing.

I am very very happy with Stuart Vallenynes excellent work. He was also very friendly and accommodating and built a wooden path gate which I love and also replaced and concreted in two new posts. Originally it was just for one but I asked if he could replace both. As he only had one as I requested, he kindly went into town to acquire another one. I am also very happy with Stuarts pricing. I shall not hesitate to ask him back when more work becomes available.

Joe came round within a few days of first contacting me to review the job. He needed to do some research online to find windows/flashing that would be suitable for the roof tiles and came back to me within a few days with details of suitable windows and a very reasonable quote. He was very clear that there would nothing to pay until the windows were fitted to my satisfaction. Joe fixed a date for fitting within a couple of weeks of first getting in touch and arrived promptly to start work. 1 1/2 days to fit 5 (not 4) windows, together with flashings. A very tidy job with my garage workshop left tidier than when he arrived. I would not hesitate to contact Joe for any future jobs, which is the best recommendation I can give.
