Overall reasonably happy with product and installation. However, the mortar pointing was poorly done, cracking and crumbling, disintegrating. Disappointed with after service, despite my getting them at least 3 further large installations with other clients and contacting Ben on numerous occasions shortly after job completion there was always an excuse. Bottom line, never turned up or re contacted me to do what should be done. 🤔. It's a fine line in doing job properly and not, and a happy customer and not. I'm old school, if you get paid to do job, it should be done properly!!

I hate to give Boyd 3/5 stars as the work he did was excellent. However his communication was abysmal. After initially telling me it would be a couple of days, I kept messaging him for an update but was met with silence. Then he has the audacity to message me every day after he sent the invoice asking for payment. (Which I paid in a couple of days after making my point) Boyd you would be good to remember “Under promise and over deliver”

Highly recommend Kaylum, he ripped out the old sub-floor and fitted a new sub-floor along with new Engineered wood flooring in all of the bedrooms and hallway. Quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional. His colleague then decorated all the rooms beautifully once the floor was installed - really happy with the end result.

Very pleased with the front door installation Stan and his father did at my house. They arrived at the agreed time to give a quote and really impressed me with their knowledge and pleasant manner. Their quote was very competitive and I trusted they would do a good job. I appreciated that they provided a very detailed, descriptive quote on MyBuilder - I felt reassured that we had a very clear agreement of what would be done. When they came to do the installation, they were friendly, tidy and worked efficiently. The quality of their work was very high. During the work, they always made sure I was happy with decisions relating to the job before proceeding, which I really appreciated. Mark F arrived promptly and with all the necessary equipment to complete the job. He took the relevant measurements and checked with me that those were fine, and carried on meticulously, ensuring that the dimensions and cuts were all accurate, he then fitted back the cabinet door with minimal fuss (also hauling it through my narrow staircase without damaging any of the walls). All in all a great job, a reasonable quote, and a brilliant result.
