When we had old carpeting removed, we discovered the stairs were structurally unsound. This was a real safety concern with young kids in the house. I needed someone fast. Ryan responded quickly with a clear, competitive quote and came over the same day, which gave me instant confidence. He replaced all the treads and risers, including the awkward kite winder steps, custom-laminating each one to match the irregular angles. He also fitted new spindles where a previous owner had removed them entirely, all coming in well under other quotes I'd received. He worked step-by-step so the stairs stayed accessible throughout, and was tidy, considerate and professional the whole time. The difference was night and day. Solid, creak-free stairs done in 4 days, with our carpets fitted just a week later. What could have been months of stress was sorted quickly and to a great standard. Highly recommend Swyft Services for any carpentry or staircase work.

They knew exactly what to do when I sent them the requirements regarding the replacement of my door. Due to the Grenfell legislation, I was obligated by the maintenance company of my flat to change my front door to an FD30. Tony and his team were very quick to do a site visit, provide a quote and even gave me some options of which door I could choose from. The installation was very quick and the work spoke for itself. We are very pleased with the deck, it was quite a tricky job but Jerry did a great job and finished the wooden deck to a high standard. We had quite a few challenges along rhe way and Jerry helped to find solutions and the final result is really lovely. Jerry is really hard working, we can’t fault his work ethic. Nanad and his team have been wonderful from day one. We have had them with us a number of weeks doing all the jobs they quoted for and more, they are fast efficient and courteous of the fact we lived in for a lot of the work. Everything has been finished to a great standard and we are thrilled with our house which has been completely transformed. Words cannot express how overjoyed I am at the quality work John and his team did in my garden. They installed fencing, gate, slabs (Raj Green Indian sandstone) and fake grass. John came a gave me a quote which we agreed on. His prices are very reasonable in comparison to the other quotes I got. He and his team are very friendly and easy to talk to. He was professional and worked extremely hard at getting the job completed to a high standard. He was clean and even did extra by putting wood over my neighbours fence. Every morning they arrived on time. All rubbish was cleared away and taken to the dump. When I needed an extra panel of fencing he drove to Kent to try and find the same one. He and his team stayed on the job until it was completed. He constantly checked that I was happy with what they were doing and explained things as they went along. He suggested that I look at the sandstone at the local builders yard, as he wanted me to be happy with the colour. Once everything was finished he cleared up and moved my large plant pots back into the garden and even put up a little plaque on my fence. I am so looking forward to using my garden!! I am hoping to use John again and my neighbours have commented on how beautiful my garden is and congrats on such an excellent job. I wish I could post a photo.
