Sorry I don’t like to leave negative feedback. However, it’s very disappointing to see 5 very long distinct scratches on my brand new wood floor and a hole on my wall he caused after the job (furniture assembling) done. Now I’m very frustrated to have them repaired and it will cost me a lot and time consuming. Furthermore, one of the wardrobe doors is not lined up. I sent pictures to him and was told that he would do something about it, however, I cannot reach him anymore. Very disappointing.

There has been a delay because local planning permission was needed. Then there is a supply issue with materials, and then Easter occurs. So now the work is scheduled for mid June for my own circumstances. A further update will be given when the work has been completed. A 50% deposit has been paid on credit card.
