I only had a small job to do fitting a trickle vent on one window, which turned out to be bit more work than expected but they kept the same price as initially quoted which is really not something a lot of tradesmen would do. The window already has so much less condensation and overall damp levels around the window have been approved as apparently it didn't have proper drainage.
