I even changed start date at last minute (nothing to do with Substr8) and Heston was very good about it. I also changed the run off at the final hour and still it was not problem. I would have no hesitation in using Heston and his team from Substr8 again. A job that was quoted to take 4-6 weeks ended up taking around 14 weeks and even then was not completed by gary and his team due to him walking off the job. They used substandard materials which meant things needed replaced before the job had even finished. Overall the “finishing touches” for the job were absolutely horrendous. A child’s playhouse had nails sticking out of the wood. The nails in the fence had all rusted, the lawn wasn’t laid correct so couldn’t drain. The level on extension was completely wrong.
