Kit was very communicative, turned up when he said he would, and worked extremely hard around the weather (which wasn’t ideal). He was always open and honest about the inevitable issues that crop up with a job like this and alway gave a couple of good ideas and options to fix whilst also being conscious of budget. Would 100% recommend.
Fabulous service, arrived on time, completed the job, Rob’s quote was accurate. He was a very clean & tidy and knowledgeable workman and I am going to offer him more work based in his huge knowledge. I would recommend him without hesitation. A really great tradesman to know!
Rays communications leading up to the job were great, however, after the install we have 1 window that leaks badly. I have tried to make contact via telephone, text message, email and through my builder but he has decided to no longer communicate. I left messages asking that he just returns to fix the leak. I would not recommend Ray to anyone.
Lewis was great with his communication and kept me up to date with developments, when the glass arrived he came and completed the job and cleaned up after him would recommend
