So happy with the bifold doors fitted by Darryl from Paul’s Windows. From the initial quote right through to completion they have been a pleasure to deal with. Communication was always great and they worked quickly, knocking through, adding lintel, fitting doors and tidying up in less than a day and in freezing conditions. Absolutely delighted with the result and would highly recommend. Their prices were pretty much the same as the other 3 quotes I got, about £50 more than the cheapest but I liked the customer service and Darryls straightforward honest an knowledgable approach which is priceless.

Fantastic service from start to finish fitting French doors to a summer house. Communication was quick and clear. They fitted me in at short notice on a Sunday to ensure our project could continue on time. Pricing was very competitive. On the day they arrived promptly, assessed the work and discussed some ideas with me which were welcomed and future proofed part of the build. Even where part of the opening wasn’t square they worked hard to make sure the doors weren’t compromised. Workmanship is excellent and the job was completed in great time. A detailed walk round was given once the work was completed and the site was left clean and tidy. I cannot recommend enough and will use again.

There has been a delay because local planning permission was needed. Then there is a supply issue with materials, and then Easter occurs. So now the work is scheduled for mid June for my own circumstances. A further update will be given when the work has been completed. A 50% deposit has been paid on credit card.

Very responsive and very punctual. Always responded to questions we had via text and turned up exactly when they said they would. Selecting what we wanted was very easy with links they sent and when we wanted to add something later they were very accommodating and sent us more links to what was available. Having the work done was easy as we went away on holiday for the week leaving them the house to themselves. They were very respectful of the property and protected the carpets. The work they carried out was exactly what we were looking for and love our new bathroom. This process was made really pleasant by the guys at Yates Property Services.
