Once the work was agreed, Oktay was very responsive and informative wth my queries on what will be done, how and when. The windows replacement took less than 2days to complete. The fitters covered up all the work areas and cleaned up before they left, and took away all the old window parts. I am very happy with the work provided and very pleased with my new windows. I would definitely recommend Ada Windows and would call them back for future work.

Demolition- 11 Oct 2024
A large obsolete brick-post needed to be removed and replaced by a concrete-post and a narrow fence. Kensington Constructors Ltd was invited to do the job due to their experience in demolition and building. For the full day the Kensington team dismantled the pack of bricks with great care for the passing people in the alleyway and the pedestrians of the main road. The bricks went swiftly to the recycling and by efficient planning the concrete post and the fence where immediately available on site to be set. This ended with a superbly set fencing the corner of the property exactly meeting the requirements. Small or larger jobs that need to be done on time, on cost, as planned, Kensington Constructors is the first choice.

Gabriel fitted our kitchen and worked with our electrician and his plumber for chasing and plumbing. Our old house threw up many issues, but Gabriel handled them with calm, on-the-spot thinking and always consulted us before making decisions. He’s a man of his word — respectful, friendly, non-pushy, and incredibly hardworking. He takes pride in his work and delivers it with finesse. His pricing is fair, and even when deliveries were delayed, he stayed flexible and reliable. The job included skimming and laying a beautiful reclaimed brick floor, and the finish is lovely. Though the kitchen is small(ish), it was a big job, and Gabriel handled it brilliantly. He’s due back to fit the rest of our lighting, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. A true professional and a pleasure to have around — thank you, Gabriel!
