Honest review. Alex was brilliant initially, he came over promptly, looked at the repair & filled me with confidence that they were the people for the job. I received a quote via email first thing the following morning from Jordan for cash which I accepted, he said he'd be in touch before the end of the day with a date. I didnt hear back so touched base lunch time the day after asking if he had a rough date. Jordan responded saying he would keep me informed as much as possible & to leave it with him. A few more days went by & I still hadn't heard anything, so I sent a follow up email asking again if he had a date but also double checking they were still able to carry out the work so I could arrange otherwise if they couldn't, again no response. I tried to check in with Alex via mybuilder but again, no response. Very poor follow up which has delayed my bedroom renovation by 2 weeks. The upstairs windows are now draught-free, small window replaced and all new handles, a couple of hinges and locking also replaced. All the windows were cleaned inside and out. There was a slight hitch but was easily overcome with Justin's great work ethic and a smile.
