On the Monday Remy took the existing shower out of a holiday rental then disappeared for two days. Since I had no shower there was nothing I could do but wait. He arrived to start work after the date he'd given for completion (he'd said 2 days, arrived on the Wednesday). He then disappeared for another day and returned on the Thursdayevening. I had guests arriving on the Friday and they left me with a shower tray, a glass door and bags full of rubbish, didn't lean up, even left a heavy box of tools. I had a day to clean up for guests. I wouldnt mind so much if he'd made any attempt to match quality and design of the existing fixtures, or charged a reasonable amount for what actually proved to be a day's work, since he used existing pipes. I've been using My Builder tradesmen for years and never had a bad experience until now. Really disappointed and I don't like leaving bad reviews but Remy can't treat my builder customers like this.

Did a great job fixing the doors that needed locks or had fallen off the hinges. He supplied all the materials needed which was definitely helpful, and got to work straight away. He was very punctual and polite and worked quickly and efficiently. Would 100% recommend and very happy with the work that he completed.
