I hired Craig from Max heating to service my boiler on Thursday 2nd May so we spoke on sms and he agreed to come after 9am, so I tried to ring him in the morning to ask where he was, hence he never answered his phone so I just thought he might be busy so I text him instead after that, then there was a return text saying he was coming between 2-4 on Friday 3rd of May that was fine by me so we waited in until 6pm and tried to ring him again but it kept getting phone turned off message, I wouldn't mind but if there was a problem that cropped up butcommunication would have been the most courteous way forward, I'm not one to give anyone a bad name but a simple phone call explaining would have helpful instead of nothing
