Job was to regrout bathroom. Exceptionally poor work. Damage to multiple tiles which have been scratched and chipped. Old grout not removed in several places and new grout just put over the top. Old grout was dark grey asked for dark grey for new grout also and he has used light grey. May not have been so much of an issue if he had removed all of the old grout as requested first. Bathroom left in a mess with excess grout not wiped before he left. Said we would need to do that the following day. Now obvious that this was to hide all of the damage he had done and hide the fact he had damaged the tiles and not removed all of the grout as he was paid to do. Whole bathroom will now have to be retiled due to the damage caused by Chiga. Contacted today and and he asked to be sent photographs of the damage he has caused. Not responding to the messages or calls now. Extremely unhappy and now have a very costly job to do retiling my whole bathroom. Avoid Oxford Pro Tiling.

Experienced in use of all materials and tile types from porcelain to natural stone.

James did a nice job. As a property agent covering management of 40 properties, we work on weekly or monthly payment plans depending on the work. He didnt however have any patience on his payment terms resulting in him being disgruntled to take on other tasks. Shame it turned that way but anyone refusing to work on short payment terms isnt really being helpful to a commercial business - its not like a domestic cleaner whom would get paid immediately on finishing.Latest review:Handyman-
