Paul and Kyle did a fantastic job turning my vision for a new bathroom into reality. They completely stripped out the old bathroom and transformed it into a beautiful wet room with a new sink and floating toilet. From the very beginning, communication was excellent and everything was carried out smoothly and professionally. They were polite, respectful, and incredibly tidy throughout, always taking extra care to protect our carpets and flooring while they worked. The standard of work was brilliant. The finished bathroom looks amazing and the attention to detail really shows. They were a pleasure to have in the house and made the whole process far less stressful than we expected. 10/10 service — I would highly recommend Paul and Kyle to anyone and we’ll definitely be getting them back to do our kitchen in the future.

Ryan was amazing throughout the panelling job he carried out in our lounge diner. He helped us choose the materials that would suit what we wanted. He was always available to help with any queries. Ryan did the whole job over a weekend. He worked extremely hard and with great accuracy. He boxed in the pipework for the wall radiator so well that you hardly notice it. He was very tidy and cleaned up after each days work. He is a great guy with a friendly nature and a good sense of humour. We were extremely pleased with the finished room and will have him back for any further work we need in the future. I highly recommend him. My son is also now using Ryan on the refurbishment of his lodge.

Would definitely recommend BONS. We are really happy with the work they have done in our loft. Relocation and new hatch, pull down ladder, light fitting and raised boarding. They are very polite and respectful of your home. They protect the workspace and I didn’t have any dust lingering around during and after completion. The quality of work is of very high standards. Mark arrived on time and stayed there until the job was completed which was done in the timescale quoted. Very skilled in all aspects of renovation as you would expect of a time served tradesmen. He ended up doing a lot more work than originally posted this included- replace rotten floor joists and floor boards, lay laminate flooring, fit new skirting, trim and hang new doors, plaster extra rooms and areas where the plaster had blown. Mark was happy to do these extras and at a very reasonable cost. I was kept in regular contact and received pictures of progress throughout the job, as I wasn't at the property I had no worries in giving him a set of keys and he kept an eye on the other tradesmen working there also. Extremely happy with the work done at my property renovation and I will definitely be using on my next project....will also be recommending to family and friends!
