When I read the reviews for Chris Harrop on this site I thought they must be exaggerating, or that his Mum had a lot of friends! But he is every bit as good as the reviews say. He has done a great job for me this week. It started as regrouting a leaking shower, but turned into replacing the rotten wood behind the tiles and retiling. His advice and his patience with my indecision were brilliant, the work was done to a high standard with attention to small details and he was unfailingly polite and pleasant to have around. I have no hesitation in recommending him unreservedly.

Overall amazing job! The finished look of the tiling is brilliantly done and neat. We asked for the tiling to be done around a specific socket which was in an awkward place, but again done brilliantly. Very punctual, polite and professional. Got his head down and got on with the job, well mannered when asking questions and had minimal breaks during. He cleaned up decently each day, even bringing in his own hoover to collect any shards or beads of adhesive and grout. We overall are very happy and satisfied customers and would 100% hire again.
