We have been advised by our local plumber (who was too busy to do the job at the time) that the cylinder has to come out and be replumbed. Brian was very pleasant and worked hard but the complexity of the job was beyond him. We have already had an electrician to fit a new thermostat and re wire everything. Once we turned off the heating the hot water does not work. We have also had to pay for an electrician to rewire the thermostat another £228 we now have to take the cylinder out to redo the job😢

Please use this company,very professional from start to finish . We only needed a new shower tray but from James finding a fault from start (due to previous workers ,and we only had our bathroom done 3years ago) There was a leak due to drainage pipe fitted wrong due to water running down inside our panels . It ended with James doing a complete refurbished. James showed us every step of what was wrong and what needed to be put right (sorry James ) Excellent professional work to a very high standard. Only disappointment we had was that he wouldn’t help himself to tea squash or even biscuits when we wasn’t there . I would definitely recommend James and his company to everyone. Kitchen next James lol . Thank you so much for all that you have done for us.

Absolutely horrendous behaviour Adrian has done plenty of work at my house and when it came apparent to him that you had messed up our large kitchen and dining room tiled floor he then made an excuse that his father was dying he could not come back to work for awhile all the time he was working in the same town I live in he refuses to come back he’s also made a fraudulent claim in my name with a problem we had with some of these live with his tile supplier which he has pocketed the money absolutely horrendous behaviour Adrian had previously done other of work at my house (which we had to replace part of a stud wall to fix one of his mistakes) and when it came apparent to him that you had messed up The levels on our 40sqm kitchen and dining room tiled floor he then made an excuse After excuse including that his father was dying and he could not come back to work for while, all the time he was working in the same town I live in, he refuses to come back he is also made a fraudulent claim in my name with a problem we had with some adhesive from his tile supplier which he organised and he has pocketed the money. As we trusted him we also gave money to collect the trims for the tiles which he has never returned to us ... I advise everybody to stay well away from this crook ... If anybody has his address I would love to take him to court....

Stuart was prompt, respectful, listened and understood what was important to me for the job. He didn’t try to sell me a whole bathroom like others. He was quick , reliable, neat and tidy. He adjusted the charge as it took less time than he quoted for., and he came back promptly for a snag. The jobs done well, showers working lovely and no leaks .

Alan met all my expectations of a skilled professional. Alan fully discussed the job over the phone. He arrived promptly on the day, and was friendly and courteous. He advised me on choices to replace my old shower and checked if it was in stock locally. He fixed the flush and fitted the new shower and cleaned up afterwards. We agreed on a date for him to return and replace the cracked sink and advised me on the size and choices of replacement units to consider when purchasing. Nothing negative to say. All positive.
